Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched for next working day delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Special or bespoke mixes will be despatched within 2 – 4 working days.

Please order from us with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery date or time. Under no circumstance will we be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay incurred in our order fulfilment caused by events outside our control – ie weather or traffic conditions.
At busy times, it is a great help to our mixing staff to give us prior notice of your requirements.
Orders for 8 or more bags are delivered free of charge.
Smaller orders of 1 to 7 bags are charged out at £5.00 per pack/bag, which will be included in your invoice price.
Order for Northern Ireland, will be charged at £6.00 per pack.
Other deliveries abroad will be by quotation – please call for details.
